- Most glassware starts at 48 (a standard case); shot glasses and printed items start at 72. Gift sets, tumblers, and bottles start as low as 24 for events and corporate gifts. Volume tiers kick in at higher quantities and drop the per-unit price.
- How long does production take?
- Standard production is 10-14 business days from approved proof. Rush production (5-7 days) is available on most products — call us with your event date.
- What decoration methods do you offer?
- Sandblast etching for a permanent frosted mark, silk-screen for one- and two-color logos, full-color sublimation wraps for vibrant or full-bleed art, and laser engraving on stainless tumblers and bottles. We'll recommend the right method for each product.
- Can you match our exact brand colors?
- Yes. Send your logo files or Pantone references and we'll match-print, with a press check on larger runs before full production ships.
- Can we mix products and artwork in one order?
- Yes — mixing shot glasses, tumblers, and coasters (or different artwork per piece) in a single order is standard. Each item is quoted separately and ships together.
- Do you do event favors and wedding drinkware?
- Absolutely. Etched flutes, monogrammed rocks glasses, and full-color shooters are some of our most popular event and wedding orders. Low minimums make a single event easy.
- Do you handle corporate gifting and onboarding kits?
- Yes. Laser-engraved tumblers, water bottles, and boxed gift sets are built for client and employee gifting. We can also assemble and pack kits — specify contents and we'll quote the kitting.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- PayPal, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Net-30 terms available for established accounts — apply via the wholesale form.
- Can I get a physical sample before a full run?
- Yes. Production samples are available at cost plus shipping. For glassware and etched items, we recommend a sample before a large first order.
- What if pieces arrive damaged or with print defects?
- Document with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll reproduce defective pieces at no charge and ship on priority.
